		<description>I thought this game worked quite well. I can&#039;t remember where I heard this suggestion but I recall someone saying that using &quot;rock, paper, scissors&quot; may be a safer alternative because of the reduced personal physicality.</description>

		<description>I had lots of success using this game to discuss benefits of iterations and collaboration with a group of experienced project managers.  I replaced the Thumb Wars game with paper-rock-scissors.  For me, the paper-rock-scissors game was easier to demonstrate and more comfortable to play with this group.  Got several big &#039;ah-ha&#039; smiles from the group on iteration 2, when we changed the rules and were able to generate lots of winnings!</description>
